Make presets work in vespucci

Vespucci rejects the presets with an unspecific error message about "invalid file".

Have a closer look what causes this and try to make it compatble

vespucci does not support zip bundles.

need to provide either extracted directory struture incuding absolute URL in the XML or an apk file
