PEP8 Panel integration for Wing IDE

Use this script to check your code against PEP8 Style Guide for Python Code.

Copy pep8panel.py to your WingIDE scripts directoy, install PEP8.

sudo easy_install pep8

After (re)starting WingIDE you can add the PEP8 panel to your Tool Box.

Inside the file is a configuration section to adjust the panel to your environment/needs. The section is short but sufficient documented.

I only test it with a Lunix system and with PyFlakes installed under /usr/local/bin/. I don't use Mac OS nor Windows, therefore can't test. But users have reported success under both OSes.

Patches and feedback welcome!
