Reloading scripts will disassociate third party hook modules (e.g. SQLite)

Stormeus repo owner created an issue

This isn't really an issue since the modules' hooks weren't working properly to begin with, but it's something to bear in mind.

    Issue fixed by broadcasting a script (re)load signal with internal command ID 0x7D6E22D8, so third-party plugins can re-register their scripting entities.
