Updates to the libraries and timer implementation.

Updated the Squirrel and Sqrat library to the latest versions available. And updated the Timer implementation to support all Squirrel types. There could be some issues with compatibility as the newer versions of Sqrat are much more strict with the function arguments. But it's a small price to pay for a safer implementation.
