cookie handling

Not sure if this is a bug, a feature, or just something to clarify.

(1) login into SGL (as admin) (2) Try to 'play' WikiPathways (3) Attempt to login at WikiPathways -> produces the cookies disabled error in the picture.

I also show in my picture there that I have cookies set to 'Allow from websites that I visit'.

If I set this to "Always allow", the issue goes away. Guessing this is related to the iframe pattern. I suppose the answer for now is to tell users to allow all cookies ?
