In the claims added by the Disease bot a reference is provided to the Disease Ontology version used. The url used is: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/doid/releases/yyyy-mm-dd/doid.owl

This url does no longer seem to resolve.

The release is pushed to github and the raw link is used in the stated in triple.
