How to deal with chromosome positions outside 1..23,X,Y,MT

mygene.info reports genomic positions currently not supported by the bot, e.g. "chr": "CHR_HSCHR6_1_CTG5" on http://mygene.info/v2/gene/100616430.

Currently all chr annotations other then 1.23, X,Y, MT are being ignored

    These positions seem to come from ensembl and I didn't find any documentation on that matter. Will ignore for now and limit to the basics
