EC number not added on all protein items which should have one

it seems that the EC number (enzyme classification number) (P591) is not being added to all protein items which should have one. Example was Reelin (Q13561329), I added it manually. In total, only 243 protein items carry an EC number. This is rater important as EC number is in GeneWiki infoboxes.

Uniprot reports 266 EC numbers on SwissProt entries. I checked for Reelin and Reelin is indeed in that list of 23 missing EC-numbers. I don't know why Reelin is specifically missed, but I am still processing the exception from the bot run and I will check this number again once I finished. Thanks for reporting
