Protein bot writes GO terms over and over again

The protein bot seems to write the GO terms over and over again, which leads to the references being written over and over again, messing up the item history and slowing down the bot. For GO terms present on many proteins, the refs get 'updated' every few minutes in a bot run (=> hundreds of updates per bot run).

This issue is fixed by removing the functionality of the protein box to add Go annotations
