Newly created articles not redirecting from biogps

Articles that have been recently created are not redirecting from biogps to wikipedia.

This is not a problem in the live version. It stems from my local version not connecting to the aws db. I need to go back to the pages I create when testing and either remove them or add them somehow to the aws sqldb
