Welcome to TikZposter class

TikZposter is a LaTeX class to create scientific posters in an efficient way. It uses TikZ to provide graphics for the different poster elements. A main goal of TikZposter is the allocation of dynamic and easy to change posters. Hence, all poster elements (background, title, blocks, ...) can be adapted in a simple way.

Themes and Layout Options

All element and color definitions are combined in themes to support a fast switch between different layouts. There are nine predefined themes available at the moment:

• Default, Autumn, Basic, Board, Desert, Envelope, Rays, Simple, Wave

Every theme can be customized by changing various styles. Currently, the following options/styles are available:

• color palette
• color style
• background style
• title style
• block style
• inner block style
• note style

We created a simple style and theme guide for the available options. It can be downloaded here.
