bodyoffsety works only with non-empty title

I suppose, it's not intended to allow an offset only in combination with a block title. Here's my code example:

\block[bodyoffsety=-12cm]{}{content without title}  % no offset
\block[bodyoffsety=-12cm]{A}{content with title)     % offset works
