Table innerblock style doesn't quite work

As mentioned in my answer, I think the \TP@innerblocktitleheight length should always be zero in the \innerblock macro when the Table innerblock style is used. If you can somehow test for the style used, then you could in \innerblock set the \TP@innerblocktitleheight to either zero if the Table style is used, or its current definition otherwise.

(I don’t know if there are any other possible side effects to such a modification.)
