Crafting Weapons

Former user created an issue

Seems lots of weapons have all negative range modifiers with good resources. Not sure if this a bug? Check out my Power Hammers all -32 ranged modifiers with good resources.

    Unfortunately this is not a bug at all. I will talk about that with some other developers, trying to get an idea about this issue.
