CMD + S for Mac users

Hey there,

first of all - thanks for your great extension! Do you think it’s possible to implement either a switch, so that we can define CMD or CTRL key or an automatic detection of the OS the user is working on and set CMD or CTRL respectively.

CMD + S is the default to quick save for mac users

on my Mac CMD+S works already. CTRL+S also works.
