Special Characters on LG Phones

Received a support call from a customer unable to enter the slash (/) character for dates or the colon (:) for time. This problem does not appear on my devices. Need to find a fix for this.

Nothing I can do - this is an OS keyboard issue.

There does not appear to be any way I can change this. I will suggest that users try SwiftKey Keyboard if their default keyboard doesn't work.
