A user has requested that callsign entry default to all caps.

Going to let this one go - the app already does default to caps and it really doesn't matter for the callsign anyway.

The app already specifies the all caps keyboard. I have tested on my device and it works. Unfortunately, this parameter is not respected by all devices. See if there is any other way to accomplish this that will work across platforms.
