CR After Last ADIF Record

Thomas Gerlach created an issue

A customer has indicated that some software is missing one log on export. I am guessing it could be that there is no CR/LF on the final line. This should be a trivial fix.

    I added a blank line to the file. I am hoping this will resolve any issues that occur with other ADIF processing software.
