Hello I have written an ms excel "rf emr radion safe distance" calculator. .. it covers the usa fcc rules and those in Australia. It's a worthy addition and the spreadsheet is freely available on the ieeeghn or on vkham. the formulas are openly visible.. but complex.. and i can brief you on the logic if this interests..

nothing like it exists as an android app
