Option to send as attachment

Some clients don't like the .asc attachment which works so well on Linux machines. To resolve this option, put an option to send the encrypted message as the body of the text instead of an attachment. To work properly, this may require S/MIME.

Leave it as an attachment always. Just change it to have a proper mime type set - if possible in Android.

Added option to send attachment or inline. May wish to examine the mime type later.

It ia not s/mime that is needed but rather proper mime type set for the message.
