Can't change directory to install easy_install into

tlynn avatartlynn created an issue

http://packages.python.org/distribute/easy_install.html#windows-notes says "You can pass command line options (such as --script-dir) to distribute_setup.py to control where easy_install.exe will be installed", but distribute_setup.py:84 doesn't pass any cmdline args through to the child process.

And even if it did, --script-dir isn't listed as an option according to "setup.py install --help".

I'd like to be able to use distribute_setup.py to install easy_install into a directory, as I can with "ez_setup.py -d dir".
