Running `setup.py test` causes process bomb

Ram Rachum avatarRam Rachum created an issue

On Windows, when using `setup.py test` on a project that uses multiprocessing and runs its tests with `nose`, a process bomb is created. Is this Distribute's responsibility? Maybe there's a missing `if name == 'main':` clause somewhere?

I don't see how Distribute would be responsible for this. you should provide a traceback, or a setup.py to demo your problem and see if you can reproduce.

Feel free to investigate and reopen this bug if you find out it's an issue in Distribute
