Failure in setuptools.tests.test_easy_install.TestEasyInstallTest

With 0.6.36, happens with both Python 2.7 and 3.2 (on Gentoo Linux).

    I believe some distributions may have outright removed the site.py replacement since it's deprecated. Perhaps this test should check for its existence first and skip if it's not found. I'm not exactly sure that that's the issue though--that's just what I'm getting from a quick glance.
