Inconsistency with https://pypi.python.org/pypi/distribute

This is rather confusing, seems like a bug:

  1. Part of the Hitchhiker Guide, http://guide.python-distribute.org/introduction.html#current-state-of-packaging, says to use distribute instead of setuptools.
  2. But https://pypi.python.org/pypi/distribute says to use setuptools instead of distribute.

I'd submit a pull request, but I'm actually not sure which is correct :)

    IIRC, distribute, the fork of setuptools, was merged into setuptools again so now it's deprecated (this looks like a tongue-twister):

    OTOH, the whole thing about distutils2, the Current State of Packaging and the Future State of Packaging is (very) outdated (lots of changes in the last months).
