no longer need make_virtualenv script - virtualenvs should live outside the project folder, in a machine-wide place, then there can be one per development machine, with much reduced need to re-create them.

Gloopy now passes iterable of Glyphs to render.draw_world function (animated space invaders don't show up, but they crashed before this commit anyway). Fix BitmapCubeCluster to account for colors being floats now. Rename 'x_axis' etc instance of Vector to be lower case (they are instances)

Move gloopy/docs to docs. This required change to doc install, to use data_files instead of package_data. Move docs image file out of _static dir, which caused it to be included twice in sdist. Fix minor bug in Makefile upload target, didn't rm correct old dist name.

fix color of invaders, broken since I made colors use floats

fixed lighting shader bug: directional lighting is now fixed w.r.t. world co-ords, which is correct, rather than eyespace co-ords. I had forgotten to multiply vertex normal by the normalmatrix
