Unable to fully read player-saves file

Hi!

A while back an issue appeared with that the stocks plugin in-game does not show the full portfolio of users. This occurred whilst running an older version of the plugin (as the server was at the time also running 1.16.5 and Java 8 - hence I decided not to create an issue as I was aware the server was outdated.)

However, we are now running 1.17.1 with Java 16 and the latest version of the plugin, however the issue persists. It appears to be due to the content of the player-saves file; attached below is an example, (that contains 1 user, I removed all others as the file is quite big otherwise). What appears to be the issue is that there are 2 different ways it's written, and hence I tried manually rewriting the full content to the secondary type (the one below the first kind of storage), however after every restart when I try to fix it that way the plugin simply overwrites it back to how it is right now - with the stuff I moved being back as it was previously.

How could I fix this?
