Taxes of stocks could be paid to user selected in config

Hi!

There's a tax feature in the plugin, would it be possible to add a new config option where it could be decided a Minecraft user the tax revenue would be sent to?

We have a user exclusively used for collecting of taxes to the government, which we use for various forms of taxes from different plugins. It'd be amazing if we could also use the stocks plugin with a similar feature.
