Hi, I left this on the review, figured to drop it here as well: “Love this idea! I read a comment somewhere down below about being able to create our own stocks... I would suggest to create a code that allows server owners to place the required amount of funds to go ipo, a player may set the amount of money they want to put into the company, then choose how many shares that company will have. So say I have $100,000 in the company I want to ipo, and I select 10,000 shares, the value of those shares when the player's company gets listed will be $10 each. The way the price of those shares increase in value is based on the current price someone is willing to buy the stock, and the price they are willing to sell it for. So say someone is willing to buy (Player Company) for $10, another player wants to sell it for $10.10, and a third player believes the company will be worth more in the future, so they just say "screw it, $10.10 is cheap imo", that sell order is then bought, thus driving the stock price from $10.00 (the ipo price), to $10.10. Same can happen going down as well. The player that owns the company must pay a fee each (day/week/month/year) to stay listed on the exchange, this causes players to gather profits for their company. That fee is then given to stockholders in dividends to keep them happy owning the stock. The more profit the company brings in, the more money goes to that fee, the higher the dividend pay. Money stays flowing through the server rather than feeding it to the console. When a player as well wants to create a stock, their should be an option to do so that requires they deposit a set amount that is configured by the server owner. Players must keep depositing money into where that file stores the company/stock info, thats where the plugin can take the fees for dividends from. Ofc player shops will allow companies to profit on the server and put it back towards their shareholders. Can also figure a way to allow companies do offerings to gather money for a project they have in mind. I think things around ownership, being able to sell your company's stock, shouldn't be too hard to gather ideas around. Of course if this happens, the stock should go down since more is going back into supply.”
