Common Commands not Working :(

The commands /stocks check 'ticker' or /stocks buy 'ticker' aswell /stocks sell(all) 'ticker' always worked but not, when i type it in it won't happens anything for like 40sec and then it say "Error retrieving 'ticker': Unknown!" But i typed valid stocks like TSLA or MSFT.

So i can't check, buy or sell stocks

The commands are working for me. Make sure you check that you have a valid connection. The unknown error only happens if a connection couldn't be established.
