1. User opens the catalog page.  (Press "Catalog" in the navigation bar or go to "http://meshdev.ddns.net/dev/#/catalog" )
2. User selects the “Top Rated” tab.
3. System retrieves and displays the thumbnails for the models with the highest ratings.
