Ribbon menu should have a expand/collapse button

A new button should be added next to the Help button (on the ribbon) that toggles the collapsed/expanded state of the ribbon.

Great idea. As it stands, you can double click any of the tabs to collapse the ribbon; however, providing the up/down arrow (similar to Office's ribbon) would provide an explicit control for the desired behavior.

There's room for improvement on the chevron button images. They are too light on the 2013 UI, but ok on the 2007.
