Issue #45 resolved

Bruce Schubert created an issue 2014-04-10

The native NetBeans CloseProject action is context sensitive and will not enable. It is not compatible with the Ribbon. Suggest replacing with a Ribbon compatible action that delegates to the NetBeans action.

Will add an action to Terramenta Core, dependencies on NetBeans Project API and Project UI API, and a new icon.
