Support Non-ADP Hosted Enterprise eTIME Instances

ADP Enterprise eTIME can be hosted either on adp.com or on a customer's own domain (e.g. https://timecard.nexusis.com).

Right now, the extension only runs on eTIME sites hosted on adp.com. The permissions for the extension should be wildcarded to run on any site with logic in the extension to detect if the user is currently on an eTIME site.
