Add "D" developer flag to capability progress. When a capability is labelled "D", the test suite will only test the component if the --developer option was given. All pyglet.text tests are marked "D".

Port to Win32. Had to remove "level" config attribute (this is old and unused on all platforms anyway).

Port to OS X. Removed renderType attribute, since all platforms _require_ RGBA contexts and automatically reject palettes. WGL/AGL are not client/server and have predictable APIs, so safe to make the GLX bit GLX only. What's with the name mangling in configs? Why not leave as is? TODO: print all configs, not just selected one (use platform.get_configs()) and screens (platform.get_screens()).

Basic info tool, a lot like glxinfo verbose in output, but uses a bunch of neat-o bits 'n pieces from around pyglet. Would be cool if we could also include some stuff like glGetInteger(GL_MAX_TEXTURE_SIZE), max lights, max stack depth and some other stuff. Actually, a debug program that spits out the current GL state by reading all the state vars would be cool. The info prog is currently hard-coded to handle glx. Don't assume c_int64 is available when searching for ptrdiff_t. Resolves issue #2.

Remove live resize attribute in Carbon. We can't play nicely with the event loop during resizing (Carbon creates a nested event loop during resizing and menu tracking), so there is no chance to redraw during resizes. Hence, you get "live resize" but a big ugly mess in the window until resize is complete. With live resize disabled, resizing gives an old-school rectangle outline (it also still blocks the app). Only way around this would be to integrate the event loop into pyglet and expose "idle" events like GLUT does. But we don't want to do that.
