Support for new ultrasonic sensor: DYP-A02YYxx v1.0

Hello,

Is it possible to add official support for this new waterproof ultrasonic sensor into NewPing library?

It has less minimum detection distance as compared to JSN SR04T because it has 2 transducers instead of 1. Also JSN SR04T's PCB is not sealed, this one is completely sealed and therefore 100% waterproof.

It is possible to add official support for this sensor into NewPing library for the PWM version i.e DYP-A02YYWM v1.0?

There's no reason to add support for a sensor. Sensors work if they follow the same trigger/echo rules. So, it either works already or it doesn't and it can't.
