Cannot add filter in "Filter or Project" field

Issue #1003 resolved

Can see list of projects only in this field.

May be you don't have Favourite filters?

Yeah, you are right.

I don't have favorite filters, marked filter as favorite and now can see it.

Side comment about this field also -

Why to show in this list a projects I don't have access permissions? See another screenshot - projects with leading "--" are archived projects, no user groups and users in these projects.

Sorry, I think it may need to be fixed on your end. You may try to exclude it by assigning empty permission scheme, or something like that.
