seems recent cloud changes has broken time reports again

As of 2 days ago, I could click a date on the Timesheets form and a popup would ask what time to log.
You would enter the time and then click 'More Options.
It would then bring up the popup to enter your time with it already filled out.
Now when I click 'More Options' it just blanks out the Timesheet area.
