Remove 2 months limit from report with OnDemand
Issue #418
resolved
Hi! I read that it is possible to remove this limit on regular jira, but I am using you with OnDemand and that solution doesn't apply. How can I solve that issue with OnDemand?

reporter I think this will not work, because there is no access to config files if you are using OnDemand. Thanks for info!

Hi,
It's now possible to enable all new features, like Timesheet Configuration, Timesheet Holidays, Timesheet Email and Worked Time Chart on JRA OnDemand.
Please see license configuration when you (admin) access any of those features, or License Configuration tab in Administration - Add Ons - Time Tracking.
Thank you.

Hi,
That's problematic, there are two ways but none yet possible with OnDemand
1) Set jira.timesheet.plugin.maxDays=360 in jira-config.properties and restart JIRA. You may try to ask OnDemand admin to do this for you.
2) Using Plugin Configuration page, but it requires commercial license, which is not yet possible to buy with OnDemand. You may try to let Atlassian know that you're interested in purchasing plugin for OnDemand, this may let them make it possible sooner.
Thank you.
