License issue

Hi, I bought starter license, but it didn't applied and I still see the expired evaluation license... When I tried to hit the Buy button again from "Manage add-ons" screen in JIRA I've got the following message: "We are unable to add the plugin to your cart. JIRA Timesheet Reports and Gadgets has already been purchased for this JIRA SEN. Please see the JIRA technical contact for more information." Please see the screenshots for more details.

Hi,

I guess you need to enter the license key manually. Find it and use pencil icon to paste it into UPM.
