"Sum Subtasks" cutes of worklogs
In case of any developer books some time on a subtask but the parent issue is assigned to someone else this bookings do not appear on any board/gadget.
My expectation was that sum up the subtasks shows all worklogs of the subtasks on parent level unregarding who is the assignee...

Hi Andriy, attached you can find some screenshots which should explain the problem, thought this was not a bug but a missing feature...

Hi Hans,
Yes, sorry for bravity, the automatic comment above means fixed :)
Fix should be available soon, I'd like to figure out the other open problems.
Thank you.

Fix needs to be reconsidered, key is sum sabtasks, but fix was for filter setting. More over, this must be undesired change, see https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/277581/timesheet-gadget-not-displaying-current-user-blank

Hi Hans,
I think I've got it finally, problem must be that parent issue does not match filter. Assignee really does not matter, but filter does, and I don't think I can change it. Would you be able to workaround it?
Thank you.

Account Deleted Hi Andriy, i´m a bit confused! If i understand you correctly you say the filter is the problem, but according to my screenshots i use the same filter but only check "sum subtask" which caused the wrong behavior...
Thanks & regards, Hans-Hermann

Hi Hans,
Problem is, I think, that parent issue does not match filter. You may check it in issues search, and see if this is correct.
If you don't see parent issue in issues search using this filter, that's why you don't get hours for sub task within 'sum subtask". Sub task hours are "moved" to parent issue, and then excluded by filter.
Workaround would be to adjust filter to make sure parent issues for sub tasks are also included.
Thank you.

Account Deleted Hmm, okay, got what you mean. Will have a try and check with issue filter, for now this issue can be closed.
Thanks for your support! Regards, Hans-Hermann

Hi Hans,
What are your gadget settings? It indeed should be included, if you don't filter by user who worked on subtask.
Thank you.
