Correct sprint not showing for JIRA issue/sub-task
I am trialling a 100 person license at my organisation, and I have noticed that some tickets(and/or sub-tasks) are being reported as NOT belonging to a particular sprint when in-fact they are? I have attached an image showing the same.
Is this because time is logged when the issue wasn't in the sprint? Or some other reason?
If I open the issue view in JIRA it definitely says it belongs to a certain sprint, but the timesheet report says it has no sprint.
The version number is as follows:
