Multiple groups and projects are not saved properly in report subscriptions

Hi,

I am trying to do a monthly report for multiple groups and multiple projects. When I generate the report, I have the expected result but when I subscribe to the report, then "preview" it from the subscriptions page, it only shows one group and one project (both first in the list). Same result in the email notification. Also, it should show 4 weeks as selected in the original report I subscribed to, but it always show only one week.

Adding the subscription description from the Add-on configuration menu. As you can see, all groups and projects are present.
