Slow performance
I have some users complaining that the Timesheet plug-in is sluggish when dealing with hundreds of issues and/or when the timespan is greater than 2 weeks.
For example, for 900 issues with time logs, it is taking up to 10 minutes to query the logs for all my developers (10).
Is there anything that can be done to improve performance?

Account Deleted They are filtering on all projects which are part of a particular group and begin with a string, i.e. "Data_".
Is there something I can trace to check for poor performance?

Try unsetting Filter option in gadget configuration.
Also reindexing in JIRA may help.

Account Deleted It’s not enabled from what I can tell…

Account Deleted I attached the image that was missing when I replied via email.
We have also ran a re-index of Jira. Is there something I can check to see where it is spending the most time? Is there a diagnostic flag that can be enabled to see more information in the logs?
Thanks.

Hi Douglas,
I was referring to gadget configuration Filter option, not Timesheet Configuration configuration page.
Sorry, there is no any diagnostics possible.
Thank you.

Hi Douglas,
Are you using Filter, Groups or Roles option? It may be better if not using them, but specify Projects instead.
Thank you.
