Time Tracking Report does not sum up child issues that do not match the filter
On Jira Cloud
I am trying to run the Time Tracking report usinbg a filter that is pointing to one sprint (2 weeks) and I receive a service limitation error. The number of issues (issues and sub tasks) is only 105.
Error: Service limitation Returned number of issues is too big (37432), please reduce your search.
Would like to be able to choose a date range when running the report.

Hi,
That's weird, add-on sais it's 37K and you say it's just 105. Could you please provide full screen shot? Are you using filter? Looks like it has more than just Sprint issues.
You might want to look at Timesheet report instead.
Thank you.

Account Deactivated reporter When I choose Sum SubTasks, I get the error. If I don't click that, it will return items.

It should be fixed now.
But it has one drawback, Sum SubTasks is not strictly correct in this case.
As it will not sum up child issues that do not match the filter. I will keep this issue open for this.
Please let me know if anything else is wrong.
Thank you.
