Allow custom JQL on Time Reports

It would be absolutely fantastic to have a field where you can add your custom JQL with no need for saving a filter.

Desirable features, ordered by the value I think they would provide:

1. The custom JQL is included as a parameter in the URL, as other selections already do.

   • This would remove the need for sharing an underlying saved filter with other users.
   • It would simplify sharing and storage of reports based on URLs.

2. Autocomplete suggestions similar to the ones in JIRA > Issues > Search for issues.

   • This would be just a handy feature, not as important as the previous one.

After update today there should be 'Time Reports' button in top right corner of Issue Navigator, which allows to build report using current JQL or selected filter.

Note, JIRA standard filters like (My Open Issues) and 'order by' in JQL are not supported yet, but hopefully these issues will be fixed soon.
