Valid license but "Gadget cannot be displayed"?

We purchased Time Reports for JIRA Cloud. I was working fine.

Version: 1.1.5-AC Vendor: Andriy Zhdanov Add-on key: timereports License details: Expires 10/Mar/17 License status: Valid

But now we have the same message as before purchasing. Whats wrong?

This gadget cannot be displayed on your dashboard. This could be due to a licensing problem or an application error. If you need this gadget, contact your administrator for assistance. Otherwise, you can remove it from your dashboard.

Hi Juliane,

The issue can be resolved by disabling and reenabling the add-on and performing a re-index.

Issue is caused by JIRA upgrade last night.
