Round of time values to integer by export to excel

Automaticaly round of time values to integer by export to excel.

Also it was nice to have a configurable feature, with it I can set how should be round. For instance each minute values round to 0,25 hours, 0.5 hours or 1 hour. It means if I have 10 minuttes then depends on configuration it will be rounded either to 0,25 hours or to 0.5 hours.

As default round, if it checked, I would propos round all value < 15 mintuse to 0,25h, >15 minutes but < 30 minutes to 0.5, >30 minutes but < 45 minutes to 0.75h and >45 minutes to 1h.

For our reports it will be very usefull feature.
