Group By option doesn't work if you select a project

If you select a date range and "Fix Version/s" in the Group By Field, then you can see all projects with a separate row for each Fix Version - which is good.

If you keep these same settings and set a project in the "Filter Or Project" field then then report doesn't show separate rows for each version, it just shows a total row - which is useless.

There are other Group By Fields that cause the same behaviour. These options should be compatible with specifying a project, but are not.

    Hi Hamilton,

    Unfortunately, this problem has different scenarios, but I can't reproduce it in any way. If you can reproduce it, would it be possible for you to collect diagnostics, using Track Support Data option in add-on configuration, and send me collected data by email or direct BitBucket message or via Atlassian Support for investigation? I will try it to replay it locally.

    Hi Andriy,

    I can reproduce the problem every time, so that part is easy. I can see the option to enable tracking for support data but am unsure how this works - when is the zip file generated and how do I obtain it from our cloud server? If you can please tell me your email address then we can discuss this in pm.

    In the second screen shot, the report shows page 2 - which is itself an unexpected behaviour as I would expect that if I changed the report parameters then the new report would show page 1 first. This is not terribly important to me, but it is a bug you might like to address.

    Hi Hamilton,

    When you enable Track Support Data, there should Download support data button appear, download it after you click View Report. Please send the zip to azhdanov AT gmail com.

    Note, it disappears after you change report options, so you need to reload the page to make it appear again. It disapears to let you collect only fresh/clean/first-run data.
