Clicking Refresh in the Time Reports options causes selected values to revert

Clicking Refresh on the time report causes the report values to revert to the values for the last report you're run.

To reproduce: * Select a data range for the previous month * Click View Report * Select a date range for the current month * Click Refresh * Notice that the date filter reverts to the previous month

This may be a usability issue more than a bug, but it is annoying and bad UX. It would be good if either the report was refreshed with the new options, or the refresh button was disabled after a filter was changed.
