[TIME-98] Timesheet plugin v2.0 doesn't load up properly in JIRA v4.1.2#531
We are testing JIRA version upgrade 3.13 -> 4.1.2
Everything works fine except Timesheets gadget v2.0
We're receiving following error in catalina.out :
/secure/Dashboard.jspa gadgets.embedded.internal.GadgetUrlBuilder GadgetUrlBuilder: could not parse spec at rest/gadget/1.0/legacy/spec/com.fdu.jira.plugin.timesheet:portlet.xml
and timesheets gadget didn't show up properly (as shown in attached screenshots)
(PS when we tested upgrade 3.13 -> 4.0.2 , everthing worked ok including timesheets portlet v1.9)

reporter Hello,
I think we have the same case. we are using CAS as our authentication. can you please tell me what is the specific file that needs to modify CAS and the exact syntax to use? thank you so much.

reporter Title bar works fine. You just need to exit and restart your web browser (eg re-authenicate against Jira). We just tested this out after opening up access to plugin urls (no authenication).

reporter I am seeing this issue (incorrect titles) with Plugin Version 2.1 while upgrading to JIRA 4.3.1 (from 3). The comments above do not explain how to correct the issue. Can someone provide a description of exactly what needs to be changed?

We found out that timesheet plugin v2.0 didnt collaborate well with JIRA single-sign-on CAS authentication libraries.
Extra configuration of CAS solved the problem - you need to allow access to several folders (ie, to timesheet plugin xml) without authentication.
